My crazy neighbor (Convicted felon, many long stories) has gotten it into her head that my dogs are getting into her back yard and pooping. They both physically cannot do that. So anyways, crazy lady decided to lay poop on my car. This is both annoying, and just not something an almost 60 year old woman should be doing. What do I do oppo?

Call the authorities. Trying to settle this yourself is a bad idea and if your neighbor is as crazy as you say things will only escalate. Get it on record that she has done this, install a security camera in case she tries anything else. Engaging in pissing contests with crazy people is a bad idea. Especially when you are not protected by the anonymity of the internet.

Call the police non-emergency number. Get a restraining order if you must. But start with the local authorities. You don't want this to escalate.

As others have pointed out, let the authorities handle it. You don't want to get into any sort of problems with crazy ex convicts, especially ones that are neighbors.

As others have said, not getting involved is a good plan. What may help is to realise that some things are their own punishment, like enjoying Genesis, or having a passion for Priuses. In this case, the punishment for laying poo on your car is having had to find poo, pick it up, and lay it on your car - and even worse, being the kind of person who'd do that.
